Lightsaber Technology

You know it occurred to me the other day whilst I was commuting between work and home that the world would be a horrible place if lightsabers were invented.

I mean no lock, padlock, or even a door, would be able to withstand them, and changing your locks, or getting better locks would make no difference, we would have no security. Burglars would have a whale of a time…

If a lightsaber can do that, then it would have no problem
with a poxy wooden front door of a house...
